Meadowridge is a church that sees itself as being ‘on mission with God’. By this we mean that the at the heart of the church is a desire to serve God in every aspect of our lives; at work, at school, in business, on the sports field and through the organized missional activities of the church. For us, mission is not a programme we organize, or an event we participate in, it is a lifestyle we live as followers of Jesus in the 21st century.

In a more formal sense, we have structured our missional activities in what we call “local mission’ meaning our involvement into our local community in Cape Town and “distant mission” which incorporates our involvement further afield right to the ends of the earth.

We believe in a holistic approach to mission which includes job creation, advocacy issues like pornography and injustice, church planting, mission trips, gearing up your business along kingdom principles, the media, schools and prisons ministry.
