What is the YOYL programme?

The YOYLP aims to provide opportunities for people who desire to serve God by building into the local church. This gives both the individual an opportunity to be exposed to a variety of service areas in the life of the young adult ministry of MBC as well as an opportunity to work alongside the fulltime young adult staff.

In this way we are able to realise our four primary goals for this program:
1. Building the individual
2. Building the church
3. Building the nation
4. Building the kingdom

Who can apply?

Age
In order to apply candidates must have completed one full year of study or structured work. We will look for evidence of initiative, commitment and high work ethic.

Qualifications
Candidates for the YOYLP must be proficient in English, computer literate and have completed grade 12 or other equivalent NQF educational level. 

MBC Involvement
Candidates must have a history at MBC and be known to the church. Candidates for the YOYLP will be required to submit a testimonial and have 3 other MBC churchgoers vouch for their spiritual, emotional and academic ability.
